Is this the live Pet Delight shop?
This is a redesigned storefront for the Uttara shop. Cart and orders work in the browser. The live WooCommerce site remains at petdelightbd.com until you switch.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is the default. Pay when the rider hands you the bag.
How fast is delivery?
About an hour in nearby Uttara sectors. The rest of Dhaka is same-day when you order before 6pm. Delivery is free over 2,000৳.
How do I switch foods?
Mix old and new over seven days. Stay on a ratio an extra day if stools loosen. Bring the old bag to the counter and we will mark the scoops.
Can I return an unopened bag?
Yes, within 14 days with the receipt. Opened bags can come back if the cat truly cannot eat them - we will change the protein.
