What one-hour delivery actually covers

One-hour delivery is for Sector 1–14 and a short list of nearby roads we can ride without crossing the city. If you are outside that ring, we still pack the same day.

Cash on delivery is the default. Pay when the rider hands you the bag. If a line is out of stock, we call before we substitute a protein.

WhatsApp the shop if you need a 7kg bag carried upstairs - the rider will wait at the gate otherwise.
